V.E Day 80th Anniversary Event

What an absolutely amazing day
we had - such huge thanks to all who made it possible especially our volunteers, too many to name-check but you know who you are !

Massive thanks also to the generous event sponsors who made it possible to keep this community event free for all those who took part.

The sun shone and many people
from both villages and beyond
came together to share their
memories as well as to celebrate
and commemorate this historical
anniversary.
